How far in advance do I need to book your services?

It is good to book us at least one year to two years in advance. The date of your event is the most important.

Do you charge extra for equipment set-up and breakdown time?

It depends on the type of event. Please contact us for a consultation.

What if my event goes into overtime?

We charge by the hour or any portion thereof.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes we have liability insurance.

Can you provide “additional insured” insurance certificate?

Yes, we can add any venue as an additional insured.
